Do you enjoy card games such as 500? If so, bridge could be the game for you. Now there is a chance for you to learn at the Palmerston North Bridge Club. But beware - this game is endlessly challenging and dangerously addictive.
The Club is starting a course of 10 beginners lessons on Monday, 7th May from 7.00 pm to 9.00 pm in the Clubrooms on the corner of Cook and Cuba Streets. The cost is $20 ($10 for youth players) and includes Club membership for the rest of 2018. You are welcome to attend by yourself or with a friend.
Tutor Ken Bateman is an expert bridge player who is able to translate the complexities of the game using a simple step-by-step process and then applying the same principles to more challenging situations.
